AGEs and the AGE Reader

Background information about Advanced Glycation Endproducts and the AGE Reader measurement

How does the AGE Reader work?

To determine your AGE reading, place the inner side of your bare forearm (below the elbow) on top of the AGE Reader. The skin of your arm must fully cover the small window on the upper side of the AGE Reader. The device or the operator may ask you to change the placement of your arm a few times. The whole measurement takes only 12 seconds.
